Shipping policy
At Zenith Decor, we take immense pride in crafting bespoke, high-quality mirror solutions. Because our products are tailor-made to your specific requirements, our shipping process differs from standard "off-the-shelf" retail.
1. Production Timelines (The "Bespoke" Process)
Since every order is explicitly produced for the customer, shipping times consist of two phases:
- Verification Phase: Once your order is placed, a dedicated Sales Manager will contact you within 2 business days (via WhatsApp, Call, or Email) to confirm dimensions and technical specifications. Local holidays may affect contact timing.
- Manufacturing Phase: Production begins only after your final approval. Standard production typically takes 7–12 business days, depending on the complexity of the design.
- Dispatch & Transit: Once quality checks are cleared, your order is dispatched via our premium furniture-grade logistics partners. Transit time is typically 3–6 business days depending on your location.
Total Estimated Delivery Time: 12–20 business days from order placement (2 days verification + 7–12 days production + 3–6 days transit).
2. Shipping Charges
- Domestic Shipping: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the dimensions, weight, and delivery pincode.
- Insurance: All shipments are fully insured against transit damage, provided the customer adheres to our Unboxing Protocol (see Section 4).
- Free Shipping: We may offer free shipping promotions on select products or order values. Any applicable free shipping will be displayed at checkout.
3. Delivery Tracking
Once your bespoke mirror has been dispatched, you will receive:
- A tracking link via email and SMS
- Real-time updates on your shipment status
- Estimated delivery date
Please ensure someone is available at the destination to receive the package, as our mirrors require specialized handling.
4. Mandatory Unboxing Protocol (Crucial)
To protect your investment and comply with our insurance requirements, we follow a strict "Video-First" policy for damages:
- Immediate Inspection: Please inspect the external crate/packaging upon arrival.
- Continuous Video: You must record a continuous, uncut unboxing video starting from the intact outer seal until the mirror is fully revealed.
- Damage Reporting Timeline: Any errors or transit damages must be reported to us within 48 hours (2 days) of delivery with photographic or video evidence.
- Submission: Please send the unboxing video and photos of any damage to our support team at sales@zenith-decor.com or your Sales Manager via WhatsApp.
Note: Failure to provide an uncut unboxing video may result in the denial of transit damage claims by our logistics insurance providers. Clear photographic or video evidence and timely reporting within 48 hours are essential for claim processing.
5. Delivery Attempts
Our courier partners will attempt delivery up to 2 times. If the shipment is returned to our facility due to an incorrect address or unavailability, additional shipping charges will apply for re-dispatch.
Important: Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or additional costs due to incorrect address information provided by the customer.
6. Service Areas
We currently ship across India. For remote locations or high-altitude regions, delivery times may be slightly extended (up to 5 additional business days).
If your location is not serviceable by our primary partners, our sales team will contact you within 2 business days to discuss alternative logistics arrangements.
7. Delivery Confirmation
Upon successful delivery, you will receive:
- Delivery confirmation via email and SMS
- Proof of delivery from our logistics partner
- Follow-up from your Sales Manager to ensure satisfaction
International Shipping
