At Zenith Decor, we specialize in high-end, bespoke mirror solutions. Every piece we create is tailor-made specifically for you and is manufactured only after receiving a confirmed order and final design approval.

Custom Order Policy

Due to the custom nature of our products, all sales are final once production has commenced. Each mirror is explicitly produced to your unique specifications, and custom-made items are non-returnable and non-refundable unless otherwise agreed upon in writing or required by applicable consumer protection laws.

Our Commitment to Quality

To ensure your purchase meets your exact expectations, we follow a rigorous verification process:

  • Dedicated Assistance: We assign a dedicated Sales Manager to assist you from the moment you order until the product reaches its destination.
  • Order Verification: After you place an order on zenith-decor.com, our team will contact you within 2 business days (via Call, WhatsApp, or Email) to confirm all technical specifications and dimensions. Local holidays may affect contact timing.
  • Approval-Based Production: Production is initiated only after we receive your explicit approval through our Sales Manager. This ensures the final product is exactly what you envisioned.

Quality Guarantee & Damage Reporting

We perform rigorous quality checks on every shipment to ensure your bespoke mirror arrives in perfect condition. Due to the fragile nature of our products, we have established protocols for reporting issues:

Mandatory Unboxing Video: To protect your investment and comply with our insurance requirements, you must record a continuous, uncut unboxing video starting from the moment the package is received.

  • Video Requirements: The video must clearly show the shipping label, the intact external packaging before opening, and the immediate discovery of any damage or discrepancy.
  • Damage Reporting Timeline: Any errors or transit damages must be reported to us within 48 hours (2 days) of delivery with photographic or video evidence.
  • Submission: Please send the unboxing video and photos of any damage to our support team at sales@zenith-decor.com or via WhatsApp.

Note: Failure to provide an uncut unboxing video may result in the denial of transit damage claims by our logistics insurance providers. Clear photographic or video evidence and timely reporting within 48 hours are essential for claim processing.

Manufacturing Defects

If your custom mirror arrives with a manufacturing defect (not related to transit damage), please contact us within 48 hours (2 days) of delivery. We will work with you to assess the issue and provide an appropriate resolution, which may include repair, replacement, or credit, at our discretion.

Refund Processing

For eligible refunds (pre-production cancellations or approved defect claims):

  • Refund Timeline: Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after approval.
  • Refund Method: All refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for purchase.
  • Notification: You will receive email confirmation once the refund has been processed.

Cancellations

  • Pre-Production: Orders can be cancelled prior to the start of manufacturing. A 5% cancellation fee applies to cover payment gateway and platform processing fees. Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.
  • Post-Production: Once the bespoke manufacturing process has begun, orders are non-cancellable and non-refundable due to the custom nature of production.

Return Shipping Costs

In the rare event that a return is approved due to manufacturing defect or error on our part, Zenith Decor will cover the return shipping costs. For all other approved returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping fees.

Consumer Rights

This policy is subject to applicable consumer protection laws in India. Nothing in this policy limits your statutory rights as a consumer under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, or other applicable legislation.
